Crave Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of call time will be billed at 50% for crew and in full for any other costs incurred such as equipment rental. Same day cancellations will be billed in full for crew and in full for any other costs incurred such as equipment rental. Multi day productions cancelled in progress will be billed in full for the remainder of the production or calendar week (whichever is shorter).

****Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic our ability to work is governed by the ever changing events and policies put in place by the State of Illinois. We will do our best to maintain a healthy production environment and we ask that studio space being provided is regularly (daily) cleaned and sanitized including bathrooms and common areas, soap and hand sanitizer are readily available, and any provided food is individually wrapped or portioned. No one exhibiting symptoms is to be allowed on premises. In the event that a crew member falls ill during a production or shows visible symptoms, the production is deemed cancelled, the crew and talent should immediately self quarantine, and our stated cancellation policy applies.  In the event of a state sanctioned shutdown (shelter-in-place) during a production, our stated cancellation policy applies. If a production is deemed "essential", during a shutdown or shelter-in-place period, written documentation must be provided for the production to move forward.****
